What We Collect
When you submit the quote form or contact QEI by phone or email, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, contact details, property or site address, and details of the work you are enquiring about, including any plans, photos or reports you attach.
How We Use It
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and complete work, and maintain the records required of a licensed electrical contractor. Form submissions are delivered to our office email and handled by QEI staff.
What We Don’t Do
QEI does not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your details for third-party marketing. Information is only shared where required to complete your work (for example, with a builder, insurer or supplier involved in the job) or where required by law.
Third-Party Services
This website uses Google Maps to display our office location and Google Fonts for typography. These services may collect standard technical information (such as your IP address) in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy. This website does not use advertising trackers.
